Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 22 April 2005, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 23 May 2007, SASHALACROIX, 19 Palestine Grove, London SW19 2QN, is single, a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Martin Forster and assumed the name of Sasha Lacroix.
