NUMBER 1 DECLARATION OF DINEFWR ESTATE

NATIONAL NATURE RESERVE COMMUNITY OF LLANDEILO

COUNTY OF CARMARTHENSHIRE

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 35(1)(c) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 that by the Dinefwr Estate National Nature Reserve No.1 Declaration 2007 made on 13 July 2007, the Countryside Council for Wales declared that the land containing 223.7 hectares (552.8 acre) or thereabouts situated in the Community of Llandeilo in the County of Carmarthenshire and shown edged red on the plan attached to the said Declaration is being held by the National Trust and Wildlife Trust South and West Wales and that the said land is being managed as a national nature reserve.

Certified copies of the said Declaration with plan attached have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge, at the offices of the Carmarthenshire County Council in Llandeilo.

Certified copies may also be inspected at the office of the Countryside Council for Wales, Beechwood Office, Talley Road, Llandeilo SA19 7HR.
