Bankruptcy Order dated 28 April 1995 under Proceedings No 86 of 1995 in the Medway County Court in respect of Paul Treserden. Under application to be annulled by the Order of Medway County Court at the hearing dated 11 September 2007.

The above-named Creditor, last known address, Paddock House, Rome Terrace, Railway Street, Chatham, Kent ME4 4RE, is required to prove their claim to Medway County Court, Anchorage House, 47-67 High Street, Chatham, Kent ME4 4DW for the sum of £1,047.50.

To secure the annulment of the Bankruptcy Order a sum equivalent to the above shall be paid into the court pursuant to rule 6.211(3) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, as security for the Bankruptcy debt of the above Creditor who can not be traced and payments have not been made. Take notice that the particulars of the alleged claim and security provided by Paul Treserden be advertised pursuant to Rule 6.211(4) of the Insolvency Rules 1986. A further application can be made to the court for the release of such sums to the former bankrupt, together with accumulated interest if no claims to the sum specified herein are made within that time by those to which this notice is addressed.
