Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 30 May 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 6 August 2007, Anne Worley as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said GABRIELLA VICTORIA WORLEY, who is a child, single, and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Gabriella Victoria Worley McKeown and assumed the name of Gabriella Victoria Worley of 63 Shakespeare Drive, Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands B90 2AN.
