Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 6 July 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 6 August 2007, Jill Andrea Crowe as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said RACHEL ANNE ANDREW, who is a child, single, and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Rachel Anne Crowe and assumed the name of Rachel Anne Andrew and that in a Deed Poll of the same date, JILL ANDREA ANDREW, of 21 Stanley Close, Westhoughton, Bolton in the county of Greater Manchester, who is divorced and a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Jill Andrea Crowe and assumed the name of Jill Andrea Andrew of 21 Stanley Close, Westhoughton, Bolton, Greater Manchester.
