Notice is hereby given, pursuant to a Court Order dated 20 July 2007, Paul Treserden has made an application to Medway County Court to have his Bankruptcy Order annulled, pursuant to section 282(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986. In accordance with Rule 6.209 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, all Creditors who have not proved their debts in the Bankruptcy are hereby notified that they are invited to claim by no later than 21 days of the date of this advertisement, failing which they will be excluded from the benefit of any Dividend that may be payable in the future.
