Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 48(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the unsecured Creditors of the above-named Companies will be held at 10 Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RB, on 26 October 2007, at 10.00 am, for the purposes of receiving the report prepared by the Joint Administrative Receivers and, if appropriate, to appoint a Creditors’ Committee. Creditors whose claims are wholly secured are not entitled to attend or be represented at the Meeting. Creditors are entitled to vote if they have delivered to us at Kroll Limited, 10 Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RB, not later than 12.00 noon on 25 October 2007, written details of the debts they claim to be due from the Companies. In addition, any form of proxy must also be lodged prior to the Meeting.
