Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 29 August 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 17 September 2007, Sarah Elizabeth Stella Rowe, as a person having parental responsibility for WILLIAM THOMAS ROWE, a child being single and a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of William Jan Turner and assumed in lieu thereof the name of William Thomas Rowe.
