Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 5 July 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 30 August 2007, Forestham Nottinghamshire, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Kimberley Anne Louise Wheelhouse, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Kimberley Anne Louise Riley and assumed the name of Kimberley Anne Louise Wheelhouse.
