Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 23 July 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 23 August 2007 Julie Dawn Harris as a person having parental responsibility for AARON LEWIS HARRIS, a child being single and a British Citizen under Section 11 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Hart and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Harris.
