Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 6 August 2007 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 10 August 2007 The Nottinghamshire County Council, the Legal Guardian of ANNE-MARIE MATHERS formerly Anne-Marie Keating a child, single and a British Citizen abandoned on behalf of the said Anne-Marie Mathers the surname of Keating and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Mathers.
