Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 6 August 2007 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 10 August 2007 The Nottinghamshire County Council, the Legal Guardian of STEPHANIE SHARON MATHERS formerly Stephanie Sharon Keating a child, single and a British Citizen abandoned on behalf of the said Stephanie Sharon Mathers the surname of Keating and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Mathers.
