Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 7 August 2007 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 23 August 2007, The Nottinghamshire County Council, the Legal Guardian of DECLAN LEVI OLIVER COOPER WILLIAMS formerly Declan Levi Oliver Cooper a child, single and a British Citizen abandoned on behalf of the said Declan Levi Oliver Cooper Williams the surname of Cooper and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Williams.
