Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 7 August 2007 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 23 August 2007, The Nottinghamshire County Council, the Legal Guardian of GARRY MICHAEL COOPER WILLIAMS formerly Garry Michael Cooper a child, single and a British Citizen abandoned on behalf of the said Garry Michael Cooper Williams the surname of Cooper and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Williams.
