Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 20 September 2007, GMT III, General Partner L.P. transferred to Ms Fabienne Serfaty 15% of the interest held by it in GMT Associates, III L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP012176 and that with effect from 20 September 2007, Ms Fabienne Serfaty was admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner.
