THE PLANT HEALTH (ENGLAND) (AMENDMENT) (NO 3) ORDER 2007

In accordance with section 6 of the Plant Health Act 1967, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs hereby gives notice that the Plant Health (England) (Amendment) (No 2) Order 2007 (SI No 2950) will come into force on 1 November 2007 and the Plant Health (England) (Amendment) (No 3) Order 2007 (SI No 3133) will come into force on 21 November 2007.
