Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 20 December 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 9 October 2007 Claire Jane Oldroyd as mother having Parental Responsibility and by Court Order of 20 November 2006 on behalf of the said Anisa Taahir Afzal who is a child single and a British citizen under section 14 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Anisa Taahir Afzal and assumed the name of ANISA TAAHIR OLDROYD .
