Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 25 September 2007 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 9 October 2007, The Nottinghamshire County Council the Legal Guardian of SALLY-ANN REECE formerly Cynarah Leigh Cooper a child, single and a British Citizen under section 11.1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned on behalf of the said Sally-Ann Reece the name of Cynarah Leigh Cooper and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Sally-Ann Reece.
