Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 29 September 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 26 October 2007, SAMARA TAMARA CANISHA OSBOURNE, 23 St Stephens Road, Barnet, Hertfordshire, London EN5 2TA, is married, a Commonwealth/British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Tamara Samara Canisha Osbourne and assumed the name of Samara Tamara Canisha Osbourne.
