Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 31 October 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 28 November 2007, ILIANA NIKOLOVA ILCHEVA JOHNSTON as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Nikolina Atanasova Andonova Johnston who is a child, single, and a British Citizen under section 3(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Nikolina Atanasova Andonova and assumed the name of Nikolina Atanasova Andonova Johnston.
