Notice is hereby given that a deed poll dated 19 November 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 27 November 2007 LESLEY ANNE GLENISTER as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Eleanor Rose Anne Tovey Glenister who is a child, single, and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Eleanor Mary Rose Tovey and assumed the name of Eleanor Rose Anne Tovey Glenister.
