THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981

The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (Variation of Schedule 5) (England) Order 2008 (S.I. 2008/431) was made on 21 February 2008. The Order extends to England and Wales and will come into force on 6 April 2008.
