The Queen having been pleased to approve that Dr Andrew William Orr be appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of Kindcardineshire to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during her absence from the area, sickness or inability to act, a Commission in his favour bearing the date 7 March 2008 has been signed by the Lord-Lieutenant.
