Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 22 November 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 11 December 2007, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said RICHARD FRANCIS HARRISON, of 13 Shelley House, Boyton Road, Hornsey, London N8 7BE, who is a child, single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Richard Francis Guttridge and assumed the name of Richard Francis Harrison.
