Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 4 August 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 11 December 2007, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said ZANDER FINN BROOMBY, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Zander Finn Starkey and assumed the name of Zander Finn Broomby.
