Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 21 November 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 18 January 2008, L J Houston as the person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said PAMELA SUE HOUSTON, who is a child single, and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the Act, abandoned the name of Pamela Sue Barlow and assumed the name of Pamela Sue Houston.
