Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 4 January 2008, S van der Bijl, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said WILLIAM RICHARD VAN DER BIJL, who is a child and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of William Richard Reed and assumed the name of William Richard van der Bijl.
