Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 24 January 2008 was enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 12 February 2008 Paul Martyn Hughes and Nicola Jane Hughes both of Little Oaks, Staplehay, Taunton, Somerset TA3 7HB as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of BENJAMIN CHARLES HUGHES, CHARLOTTE ANNE HUGHES and OLIVER JACK HUGHES who are all children and single, and who are all British citizens under the British Nationality Act 1981, Section 1 renounced and abandoned the surname of Huxtable-Hughes and in place thereof assumed the surname of Hughes.
