REVIEW OF DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT FOR THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF LINCOLN – PARTS OF HOLLAND

The Lincolnshire County Council ( as successor authority to the former County Council of Lincoln Parts of Holland) has prepared a Revised Definitive Map and Statement (relevant date10 June 1971) for the area of the former administrative County of Lincoln Parts of Holland under the provisions of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949, the Countryside Act 1968 and the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and in accordance with the provisions of the said Acts has placed copies of the Map and Statement at the locations described in the Schedule hereto. These documents will be available for inspection until 16 May 2008 during the hours specified in the Schedule.

A complete set of the original documents is available for inspection by prior appointment and during normal office hours at the Public Rights of Way and Countryside Access Office, Lincolnshire County Council, Development, 4th Floor, City Hall, Lincoln, LN1 1DN (telephone 01522 552808).

A copy of the documents is available for inspection in the Reception Area of Boston Borough Council, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire PE21 8QR during normal office hours on weekdays.

A copy of the documents is also available for inspection in the Reception Area of South Holland District Council, Council Offices, Priory Road, Spalding, Lincolnshire PE11 2XE during normal office hours on weekdays.
