Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 7 January 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 12 March 2008, K Thomas, as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said ELLIE JADE GRIFFITH who is a child, single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Ellie Jade Thomas and assumed the name of Ellie Jade Griffith.
