NOTICE TO THE CREDITOR OF AN INSOLVENT COMPANY OF THE RE-USE OF A PROHIBITED NAME

BIOJET INTERNATIONAL PLC trading as and using the trading styles “Biojet”, “Bio-jet”, Biojet/Bio-jet International”, “Aquaroma” and “Superlux”.

On 28 April 2008, the above-named Company entered into Administration and the Joint Administrators are Andrew Poxon and John Malcolm Titley of DTE Leonard Curtis Limited, DTE House, Hollins Lane, Bury, Lancashire BL9 8AT. We, Peter Leslie Dunn and Pamela Ann Dunn both of 112 Cambridge Road, Southport, Lancashire PR9 9RZ, were Directors of the above-named Company on the day it entered Administration. Pursuant to a Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 28 April 2008, Biojet Whirlpools Limited (Company Number 06559712) purchased the business and assets of the above-named Company from the Joint Administrators and we are Directors and/or involved in the management of Biojet Whirlpools Limited. We give notice that we are acting and intend to continue to act in one or more ways to which section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 would apply if the above-named Company were to go into insolvent liquidation in connection with, or for the purposes of, carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the above-named Company under the following names:

BIOJET WHIRLPOOLS LIMITED trading as and using the trading styles: “Biojet”, “Bio-jet”, Biojet/Bio-jet International”, “Aquaroma” and “Superlux.
