I hereby give notice that by a Deed Poll dated 27 March 2008 and enrolled at the Central Office, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 1LL, I GEMIMA BUTLER of St Anthony, 90 Lydd Road, Camber Rye, East Sussex, single British Citizen, renounced, relinquished and abandoned the name of Gemima Solway and assumed the name of Gemima Butler.
