Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 5 April 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 27 May 2008, C Artis as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said NIKKI ANNE ARTIS, who is a child single, and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Nicola Anne Artis and assumed the name of Nikki Anne Artis, mother’s name Carole Lesley Artis.
