Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 7 February 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 24 June 2008, Ajit Raichand Shah as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said VIGHNESH AJIT SHAH, who is a child single, and a Commonwealth/British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Vikeel Ajit Shah and assumed the name of Vighnesh Ajit Shah.
