Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 3 June 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 24 June 2008, Adrian Christopher Dewey of 95 Humber Road, London SE3 7LW and Penelope Ardelice Lowcock of 92 Glengall Road, London NW6 7ER, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of RUPERT HENRY DEWEY, who is a child single, and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, on his behalf abandoned the name of Rupert Cecil Dewey-Lowcock and assumed the name of Rupert Henry Dewey.
