THE EDDIE STOBART LTD (1988) PENSION SCHEME
(“THE SCHEME”)

Notice is hereby given under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees are winding-up the Scheme with effect from 31 July 2007.

This notice applies if you were or are an employee of Eddie Stobart Limited, and a member of the Scheme, and think you are still entitled to benefits under the Scheme, but have not yet been notified of the Scheme wind up, or you are a widow, widower, or other dependant of a Member of the Scheme.

If you are one of the persons noted above, please contact The Trustees of the Eddie Stobart Ltd (1988) Pension Scheme, c/o Sheila Woodbridge, Eddie Stobart Ltd, Stretton Green Distribution Park, Langford Way, Appleton, Warrington WA4 5TZ. You should include details of your current address, your full name, National Insurance number, Policy number (if known) and a note of any benefits to which you think you may be entitled.

It is the Trustees’ intention to distribute the assets of the Scheme to provide benefits for its members and beneficiaries. If the Trustees are not aware of your entitlement to benefits under the Scheme within 2 months from the date of this announcement, they may not be liable to pay benefits to you. The Trustees will continue to distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them, having regard to only the claims of which they then have had notice.

If you have already received a pension from the Scheme or you have received a communication from the Trustees of the Scheme within the last twelve months you do not need to write to them as they already have full details about your possible entitlements.
