Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 20 June 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 16 July 2008, I, Andrea Elizabeth Oldfield, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Ryan Alexander Oldfield, who is a child single, and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Ryan Alexander Steel and assumed the name of Ryan Alexander Oldfield.
