Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 24 June 2008, A S Cordice, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Brianna Chenelle Cordice, who is a child single, and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Brianna Chenelle King and assumed the name of Brianna Chenelle Cordice.
