Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 6 February 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 7 July 2008, Asaf Chaudhry, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Sana Chaudhry, who is a child single, and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Sanha Chaudhry and assumed the name of Sana Chaudhry.
