The Queen has been pleased to approve that Colonel Timothy Stewart Richmond Esq MBE TD DL, be appointed the Vice Lord Lieutenant for Nottinghamshire, to act as Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during his absence from the area due to sickness or other inability to act.

The appointment will take place immediately.
