Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 8 August 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 12 August 2008, Kwame Twum Barimah Antwi, 153 Peabody Buildings, Banner Street, London EC1Y 8JY, is single entered into a Civil Partnership, a Commonwealth/British citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Andrews Kwadwo Baafi and assumed the name of Kwame Twum Barimah Antwi.
