Notice has been given to local authority; Tendring District Council, Clacton-on-Sea, with particulars and information regarding the location, taxonomic category and operations of the zoo.

The Aquarium is located at Clacton Pier, Clacton-on-Sea, Essex CO15 1QX. The Aquarium will be managed by a manager and assistant manager.
