NOTICE OF REMOVAL AND APPOINTMENT

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order of the High Court dated 8 July 2008, David Michael Clements, previously of Haines Watts BRI Ltd, Sterling House, Maple Court, Maple Road, Tankersley, Barnsley S75 3DP, has been removed as Office Holder in the insolvency matters listed below and has been replaced by:

David Richard Thorniley of Tenon Recovery, Sherlock House, 73 Baker Street, London W1U 6RD, as detailed below.

Creditors have liberty to apply, within 28 days after this notice has been advertised, to vary or discharge the Order made.

In the case of each bankruptcy and liquidation the costs of complying with a request of the Committee or Creditor for an account of the previous Office Holder’s administration should be an expense of the insolvency proceedings. The Creditors have the right to object and make representations to the Secretary of State in respect of the previous Office Holder’s release within 35 days after this notice has been advertised, and the previous Office Holder will not be entitled to apply to the Secretary of State for his release until after the expiry of 63 days after this notice has been advertised.
