Notice is hereby given, that General and Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 26 Farringdon Street, London EC4A 4AB, on 10 October 2008, at 10.00 am. The Meetings are called pursuant to sections 93 and 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted in the preceding year, how the property of the Company was disposed of and to obtain my release as Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. Proxies for the Meetings must be lodged at the above address not later than 12.00 noon of the day preceding the Meetings. The Meetings are usually purely formal.
