Notice is hereby given that the Final Meeting of the above Company will be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor, 41 Castle Way, on 24 October 2008, at 11.00 am. The Meeting is called under the provisions of sections 93 and 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 to receive the Liquidators’ account of the conduct of the winding-up and to hear any explanations they may give. A Member who is entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. The person who is given the proxy need not be a Member.
