Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15 September 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 24 September 2008, Christina Youssef, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Gabriella Azzo Zaya Youssef who is a child single and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Maya Zaya Youssef and assumed the name of Gabriella Azzo Zaya Youssef.
