I hereby give notice that by a Deed Poll dated 30 June 2008 and enrolled at the Central Office, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 1LL, I, Ruth Neville - Divorced of Darnley House, Celyn Lane, Guilsfield, Welshpool, Powys the mother of Darcy Faith Neville-Rollinson an unmarried child and a British citizen, renounced, relinquished and abandoned on her behalf the name of Rollinson and assumed the name of Neville-Rollinson.
