Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 8 September 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 8 September 2008 Sarah Jean Ambrose as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Clementine Alice Ambrose who is a child, single and a British Citizen under section S1(1) of the British Nationality Act of 1981 abandoned the name of Camilla Alice Ambrose and assumed the name of Clementine Alice Ambrose.
