Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that an Annual Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP, 5 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AF, on 10 November 2008, at 10.00 am, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up of the Company during the preceding year. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP, 5 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AF no later than 12.00 noon on the preceding business day.
