Notice is hereby given that, with effect from 30 September 2008, Bernard Henry Fox retired as a Partner of the firm Hine Downing, Solicitors, 8-14 Berkeley Vale, Falmouth, Cornwall TR11 3PA. The remaining partners, Michael John Wilson, Brian Michael Dilks, Roger Bennett Stephens, Anthony Robert Deacon, John William Lowry, Peter Barton Stonehouse and Anne Kay Upfold continue to carry on the business in partnership under the name Hine Downing.
